Managed the NE sales territory including during the integration of Poly Hi Solidur into Quadrant EPP. Delivered year-on-year sales growth in both 2006 and 2007 despite a planned reduction in buying locations.

Delivered significant growth (more than doubled the business in two years) in the custom nylon parts area using an industry focused approach.
Technical Marketing Manager Sept. 2001-Nov. 2003
Manage technical service resources in NA in support of field sales and customer inquiries. Used a company-wide database to communicate such inquiries to QEPP's sales team and channel partners. During this time, technical service was converted into an offensive tool that helps feed the new business development process.

New business developed has exceeded $2MM for each of the calendar years in this role. Managed the priorities of two business development engineers in support of NA new business development and participated as active member of a global development team focusing my efforts on the thermoforming and automotive markets.
GP Product line/CCM Business Development Manager July 1996 - April 1999
Introduced the Nylasteel product line, which subsequently led to a major opportunity for automotive steering system gears Developed the selling tools position the custom casting product line in NA. Introduced a new polyester-based material (Ertalyte TX) to the NA market that subsequently replaced two small volume bearing materials based on PA and POM-H and assisted in the introduction of 4' x 10" cast sheet.
Technical Marketing Manager May 1992 - July 1996
Re-established QEPP's technical service reputation. Developed all new literature and presentation materials, and led the process of turning Tech-Service inquiries into sales leads. Wrote a number of technical articles that were published and produced two videos for product training for distributors. Worked very closely with product and process development leaders in pursuit of key market opportunities.
Territory Sales Manager Nov. 1988 - March 1992 Managed a sales territory in the mid-Atlantic region that started as $1.2MM territory and finished with one that exceeded $4MM. The growth was due to both geographic expansion and business development. Was responsible for assembling sales programs for distribution customers and developing new business for all products.
